dFi Aging Return Policy
Although most cosmetic companies do not accept returns, dFi Aging provides you with a superb customer service and therefore will accept returned items that answer to the following conditions:
- The item was purchased on dfiagingskincare.com or over the phone directly from dFi Aging. If you purchased the products at one of the independent dFi Aging fine retail points nationwide, please contact the specific point of sale where you purchased the goods, as each point of sale has its own return policies.
- The item must arrive back to dFi Aging offices within 21 days from the day the transaction was made in order to be returned or exchanged.
- The item must arrive back to dFi Aging offices in its original form, namely, in its original package, sealed and unopened in order to be returned or exchanged.
- Customer is responsible for a 15% restocking fee.
- Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs on exchanged items.
All refunds will be credited to the card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.When you make a return, we will refund the purchase price plus any sales tax paid for the item. Sorry, we do not refund shipping and handling charges unless you received an incorrect or damaged item. To be reimbursed shipping and handling charges for an incorrect or damaged item, you must return your purchase by mail.
Double Your Order If both the regular price product and the free product are returned in their original form we will gladly refund the purchase price or exchange for a new item. Double Your Order promo will not be reapplied on any exchanged items.
Buy One, Get One 1/2 OFF Returns and exchanges will be allowed on the regular price product as long as the ½ price or free product is returned, as well.
Buy Two, Get One FREE Refunds If both the regular price products and the free product are returned in their original form we will gladly refund the purchase price or exchange for a new item. Buy Two, Get One FREE promo will not be reapplied on any exchanged items.
Multiple Item Gift Sets Exchanges are allowed on multiple item gift sets. One or more item can be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value.
